DHS Releases Texas Arrest List: Five Mexican Nationals Arrested by ICE in Corpus Christi and Lubbock

Wednesday, October 28, 2026 · Federal · GSM News

Washington — The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on October 28 released a list of "worst of the worst" illegal aliens arrested in Texas. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested five Mexican nationals in Corpus Christi and Lubbock, and DHS published each arrestee's name, arrest location and date, and criminal history. Secretary of Homeland Security Markwayne Mullin issued a statement on the enforcement action, saying the border is closed and that America is no longer a safe haven for illegal aliens.

According to DHS, the five arrestees and their records are: Victor Falfan, a Mexican national and Tango Houstone gang member, arrested by ICE in Corpus Christi on September 10, with a criminal history including manslaughter, two counts of possession of marijuana, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance; Alejandro Falfan Acosta, a Mexican national and Tango Corpito gang member, arrested in Corpus Christi on October 5, with convictions for manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of dangerous drugs, and property theft; Vanesa Lopez Ibarra, arrested in Corpus Christi on September 2, with convictions for theft, burglary, and first-degree burglary; Miguel Zavala Soto, arrested in Corpus Christi on September 29, with convictions for assault on a family member and making a false police report; and Francisco De La Cruz Lira, arrested in Lubbock on October 13, with a conviction for driving while intoxicated.

DHS said lists of this kind publicly document ICE arrests of criminal illegal aliens in communities across the country, and that those arrested will be placed in removal proceedings.
