Illinois: Bears Tight End Colston Loveland Added to Injury Report With Neck Issue, Questionable for Monday Night Game

Friday, October 30, 2026 · City · GSM News

Chicago, Cook County, Illinois — Chicago Bears tight end Colston Loveland was added to the injury report with a neck injury on Oct. 30 and was a limited participant in the team's second practice of the week, leaving his status in doubt for the Nov. 2 Monday night game against the Seattle Seahawks, Heavy reported.

Loveland had practiced without limitations or any injury designation in the first official practice on Oct. 29; the new listing makes him the Bears' only new addition to the report that day, and the team will set his game status after its final practice on Oct. 31. Other Bears injuries on Oct. 30: running back Kyle Monangai missed a second straight practice with toe and thumb injuries; linebacker D'Marco Jackson was downgraded from limited to out with an ankle injury; rookie cornerback Malik Muhammad was limited for a second straight practice with a toe injury; and linebackers T.J. Edwards and Jack Sanborn both practiced in full for a second straight day.

The Bears host the Seahawks at 8:15 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 2, and whether Loveland can play will directly affect the team's tight end rotation depth.
