Washington: Seahawks Receiver Rashid Shaheed Misses Second Straight Practice With Knee Injury, in Doubt for Monday Night

Friday, October 30, 2026 · City · GSM News

Seattle, King County, Washington — Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Rashid Shaheed missed practice for a second straight day on Oct. 30, leaving his status in doubt for the Nov. 2 Monday night game against the Chicago Bears, Heavy reported.

Shaheed injured his knee in the Seahawks' 20-3 win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Oct. 25, was listed as questionable to return and then ruled out, missing the second half. Head coach Mike Macdonald said on a radio program the next day that early indications were positive, but the updated injury report on Oct. 30 still listed Shaheed as a non-participant.

Two missed practices do not necessarily mean the injury has worsened, nor that Shaheed has been ruled out. The Monday night schedule gives Seattle one extra day, and the team will set his game status after practice on Oct. 31. Because Shaheed also handles return duties, his absence would affect both the Seahawks' offense and special teams.
