Bridgeport, Fairfield County, Connecticut — The U.S. Attorney announced on October 30 that Reginald Rogers, 38, of Woodbridge, and Lester Arrington, 34, of Naugatuck, have each been sentenced to 120 months of imprisonment and five years of supervised release for trafficking cocaine.

U.S. District Judge Stefan R. Underhill sentenced Rogers on October 30 and Arrington on October 27 in Bridgeport.

On February 23, 2026, as part of a Homeland Security Task Force investigation, Connecticut State Police stopped a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek in Trumbull. A K9 alert led to a search that found approximately 21 kilograms of cocaine hidden in two trap compartments installed under each front seat. Both men were arrested on state charges at the time.

Each pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute five kilograms or more of cocaine. Each is released on a $150,000 bond and must report to prison on January 13, 2027. The investigation was led by the Drug Enforcement Administration with assistance from the Bridgeport, Danbury, Stamford and Stratford police departments.
