Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear announced on October 30 that ClearFlow Metalworks will invest $28 million in a new aluminum manufacturing facility in Logan County, creating 50 full-time jobs. The plant, the company's first in the United States, will occupy a newly built speculative building at Shelton Lane Industrial Park in Russellville, the Logan County seat.

According to the governor's office, the project will be developed in phases, with Phase I consisting of a secondary aluminum billet casting facility with an annual production capacity of about 100,000 tons, processing recycled aluminum into billets for extrusion and downstream manufacturing. CEO John Dusanenko said the company looks forward to partnering with Logan County and Russellville and supporting American manufacturing.

ClearFlow's affiliate East Asia Aluminum Company Limited is headquartered in Vietnam, was founded in 2009, and operates about one million square feet of facilities with more than 1,500 employees and annual capacity of 150,000 to 200,000 metric tons. Logan County Judge/Executive Phil Baker, Russellville Mayor Mark Stratton and Logan Economic Alliance for Development president Brooke Waldrup welcomed the project.

The governor's office said Beshear has announced nearly 1,400 private-sector projects totaling over $55 billion in investment and more than 72,000 jobs, and that Kentucky exports set a record of $51.6 billion in 2025, up 7.65 percent.
