Kansas Falls 22-16 at TCU after a Go-Ahead Drive in the Final 69 Seconds

The University of Kansas, from Lawrence in Douglas County, Kansas, lost 22-16 on the road at Texas Christian University on October 31, letting a game it led for most of the day slip away.
Kansas led 13-0 at halftime and trailed only 14-13 after three quarters, then went back ahead 16-14 on a field goal with 4:59 left. But the home team answered with a 13-play, 84-yard drive that took 3:46, capped by Jaden Craig's 17-yard touchdown run with 1:09 remaining and a successful two-point conversion for the 22-16 final. Kansas's last comeback attempt fell short.
Cole Ballard started at quarterback for Kansas, whose offense stalled at the decisive moments after leading for much of the game.
