Pike County Man Andre Ghee Sentenced to 142 to 146 Years on 26 Child Abuse and Exploitation Felony Counts

Waverly, Pike County, Ohio — Andre Ghee, a Pike County man, was sentenced on October 31 to 142 to 146 years in prison, the Pike County Prosecutor's Office announced. A jury had convicted Ghee on 26 felony counts in a child sexual abuse and exploitation case.
The four-day jury trial concluded on October 22. Prosecuting Attorney Michael A. Davis and Assistant Prosecutor Matt Brady tried the case on behalf of the State of Ohio, presenting witness testimony, medical evidence, extensive digital communications, photographs and videos, and forensic evidence recovered from electronic devices and online service providers.
The prosecutor's office said the case involved the sexual abuse and exploitation of a child by an adult entrusted with her safety, that the sentence holds Ghee accountable and protects the victim and the community, and that protecting the minor victim's privacy and dignity remains a priority; it will not release identifying information about her.
