All 646 Vote Centers Now Open in Los Angeles County Ahead of November 3 Election

The Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk announced on October 30 that all 646 vote centers across Los Angeles County, California, are now open for early in-person voting. Through November 2, centers are open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; on Election Day, November 3, hours run from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Los Angeles County has about 5.9 million registered voters. As of October 23, the Registrar had issued roughly 5.92 million vote-by-mail ballots, and more than 517,000 ballots had already been returned. The county also operates more than 400 secure 24-hour ballot drop boxes.
Voters may cast a ballot at any vote center in the county, not just near home, and centers provide multilingual assistance and accessible voting equipment. Mail ballots must be postmarked by Election Day, or returned to a drop box or vote center by 8 p.m. on November 3.
Voters can find the nearest vote center and drop box, check wait times and track their ballot at lavote.gov.
