Staten Island Chinese American Association to Distribute Thanksgiving Turkeys on November 22; Registered Members First
The Staten Island Chinese American Association (SICCA), in the Staten Island borough of New York City, Richmond County, New York, announced on November 1 that it will hold a Thanksgiving turkey distribution ahead of the holiday: on Sunday, November 22, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Snug Harbor Cultural Center. Turkeys are limited to SICCA members registered for 2026, one per household, while supplies last.
The giveaway is a multi-year Thanksgiving tradition for SICCA, a Chinese community organization on Staten Island that serves local families through holiday food distributions, winter clothing for low-income households, charitable donations and senior activities.
Residents who wish to join the association or register as members can first visit its new office at 1364 New Dorp Lane on Staten Island, then collect a turkey at Snug Harbor Cultural Center.
