In Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, the Philadelphia City Commissioners announced on November 2 that the pre-canvass of mail-in and absentee ballots for the November 2026 general election will begin at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 3, at the City Commissioners' Election Warehouse at 11311 Roosevelt Boulevard, and will continue until completed.
