DHS Highlights Illegal Aliens Arrested in Kansas, Citing Indecent Liberties With a Child, Aggravated Battery and Drug Distribution

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released a statement in Washington on November 2 highlighting recent examples of illegal aliens arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Kansas, five people whose criminal histories include indecent liberties with a child, aggravated battery, distribution of narcotics and burglary.
"Every day, the men and women of ICE work tirelessly to arrest and remove illegal aliens from all across the country," said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin. "In the great state of Kansas, ICE has arrested pedophiles, violent assailants, drug traffickers, and burglars. For four years, an open-border administration and sanctuary politicians tried to destroy this country. But the Trump Administration is putting America first again, and we will never apologize for arresting and deporting illegal aliens."
The five are: Daniel Cruz-Garcia, from Mexico, arrested by ICE in Ellsworth on October 23, whose criminal history includes convictions for aggravated indecent liberties with a child and sexual intercourse with a child between the ages of 14 and 16; Juan Pablo Rios-Flores, from Honduras, arrested in Leavenworth on October 20, with convictions for two counts of sexual battery and illegal entry and an arrest for domestic assault; and Orgel Marel Izaguirre Valladares, from Honduras, arrested in Harvey County on October 28, with convictions for felony aggravated battery knowingly using a weapon to cause great bodily harm and felony aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony, and an arrest for kidnapping.
The remaining two are Jesus Alejandro Valenzuela Zamarripa, from Mexico, arrested in Johnson County on October 14, with convictions for distribution of narcotics, fleeing or attempting to elude, criminal damage to property and driving under the influence; and Javier Esteffano Rifo Luman, from Chile, arrested on October 7, with a burglary conviction.
