Weyco Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: WEYS), the footwear company based in Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, on November 3 announced financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026: net sales of $77.0 million, up 5% from the third quarter of 2025; net earnings of $11.5 million, up from $6.6 million a year earlier; and diluted earnings per share of $1.19, up from $0.69.

Gross earnings were 49.7% of net sales, including $3.3 million in tariff refunds, compared with 40.7% in the third quarter of 2025. Earnings from operations were $13.7 million, compared with $8.1 million a year earlier. The company said sales growth and improved gross margins drove strong profitability for the quarter, further enhanced by the tariff refunds.

By segment, North American wholesale net sales were $64.0 million, up 6%, led by the Florsheim and Stacy Adams brands, each up 9% for the quarter on higher dress shoe sales; BOGS sales rose 6%, while Nunn Bush sales fell 1%. Wholesale gross earnings were 46.0% of net sales, up from 35.7%, mainly on lower incremental tariff rates and the tariff refunds. North American retail net sales totaled $7.2 million, up 3%, driven mainly by higher sales on the Florsheim website and partly offset by closed stores; retail operating earnings were $0.7 million, versus $0.6 million a year earlier. The company's Australia and South Africa operations, reported as Florsheim Australia, had net sales of $5.8 million, down 3% in U.S. dollars and down 10% in local currency, mainly at wholesale.

Chairman and CEO Thomas W. Florsheim, Jr. said third-quarter sales were up across North America, led by the Florsheim brand and supported by solid performances from Stacy Adams and BOGS, with Florsheim wholesale delivering another record-breaking quarter that surpassed the brand's prior third-quarter record set last year, and that the company remains focused on driving continued sales growth and maximizing profitability across its business lines.

On November 3, the board of directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.28 per share and, separately, a special cash dividend of $2.00 per share, both payable on January 8, 2027, to shareholders of record on November 17, 2026. The company will host a conference call on November 4 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results.

Weyco Group designs and markets quality and innovative footwear principally for men, and also for women and children, under the Florsheim, Nunn Bush, Stacy Adams and BOGS brands. Its products are sold in leading footwear, department and specialty stores and on e-commerce websites worldwide, and the company operates Florsheim stores in the United States, Australia and South Africa.
