[Video] 'The Man with the Bag' Official Trailer: Schwarzenegger Suits Up as Santa for the December 2 Prime Video Premiere
Amazon MGM Studios and Prime Video released the first full official trailer for the holiday heist comedy 'The Man with the Bag' on November 2, carried with this story. The film premieres globally on Prime Video on December 2.
Arnold Schwarzenegger stars as Santa Claus, whose iconic red bag is stolen by a rogue elf with a grudge, played by Awkwafina. With Christmas at risk, Santa recruits Vance, a thief from his 'Naughty List' played by Alan Ritchson, who assembles a crew of criminally skilled misfits, with help from elves and reindeer, to pull off an unexpected heist.
The film is Schwarzenegger's first Christmas movie in roughly three decades, since 1996's 'Jingle All the Way.' Adam Shankman directs from a script by Allan Rice; the film runs 111 minutes and is rated PG. The cast also includes Berkeley James, Michael Cyril Creighton, Liza Koshy, Kyle Mooney, Jane Krakowski and Ken Jeong, with Ritchson among the producers.
