Wednesday, November 4, 2026 · Justice · GSM News

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts announced that Isaiah Pierre, also known as "ZAY," 28, of Malden, Massachusetts, has pleaded guilty in federal court in Boston to conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute 50 grams and more of methamphetamine. U.S. District Court Judge Brian E. Murphy scheduled sentencing for February 11, 2027. Pierre was charged along with his brother and co-defendant, Logan Pierre, also known as "LO," in June 2024.

According to court documents, in the fall of 2023 an investigation began into drug trafficking activities conducted by Logan and Isaiah Pierre, which revealed that the brothers were actively selling methamphetamine in the greater Boston area. Between October 2023 and May 2024, the brothers sold or arranged the sale of a pound of methamphetamine on at least five separate controlled purchases.

Logan Pierre was sentenced in July 2025 to 10 years in prison, to be followed by five years of supervised release. The charge against Isaiah Pierre carries a sentence of at least five years and up to 40 years in prison, up to a lifetime of supervised release and a fine of up to $5 million. Sentences are imposed by a federal district court judge based upon the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and statutes which govern the determination of a sentence in a criminal case.

United States Attorney Leah B. Foley; Ted E. Docks, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Boston Division; Malden Police Chief Marc Gatcomb; and Revere Police Chief Maria A. LaVita made the announcement. Assistant U.S. Attorney John T. Dawley of the Organized Crime & Gang Unit is prosecuting the case, which is part of Operation Take Back America.
