Celsius Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: CELH), the functional beverage company based in Boca Raton, Florida, reported third-quarter 2026 results on November 5, 2026. Revenue rose 16.8% to a quarterly record $847.2 million for the three months ended September 30, 2026, from $725.1 million a year earlier, and net income was $127.0 million, compared with a loss of $61.0 million in the prior-year period. Diluted earnings per share were $0.39, compared with a loss of $0.27 per share a year ago.

By brand, CELSIUS brand revenue decreased by approximately 6% to $356.8 million, which the company attributed to SKU optimization initiatives, shipment timing related to inventory rebalancing, and softness in the club channel. Alani Nu revenue increased approximately 24% to $410.1 million, driven by increased distribution within the PepsiCo DSD system and the successful release of the limited-time Alani Nu Witch's Brew flavors. Rockstar Energy contributed $80.3 million in revenue, driven by a strong performance in Canada due to the timing of orders across the second and third quarters.

By region, North America revenue was $806.2 million, up 15%, while international revenue rose 78% to $41.0 million, with momentum in the established Nordic markets and expansion markets including Iberia, the UK, Ireland, France, Australia, New Zealand, and Benelux.

Gross profit increased 6.4% to $396.3 million, but gross margin fell to 46.8% from 51.3% a year earlier, which the company attributed to continued inflation in commodity costs, primarily aluminum and fuel, and a higher mix of DSD sales. Adjusted diluted EPS was $0.41, compared with $0.42 a year ago, and adjusted EBITDA was $198.6 million, down 3%. During the quarter, the company repurchased approximately $44.5 million of shares under its $300 million share repurchase authorization.

At retail, sales of the Celsius Holdings portfolio (CELSIUS, Alani Nu, and Rockstar Energy) in U.S. tracked channels increased 14.7% for the 13-week period ended September 27, 2026. The portfolio held an approximate 20.7% dollar share in the U.S. ready-to-drink energy category and contributed approximately 28% of the zero-sugar U.S. energy category's $773 million growth during the quarter.

John Fieldly, Chairman and CEO, said the company delivered record quarterly revenue in the third quarter of 2026, reflecting the strength of its scaled, multi-brand Modern Energy platform and continued execution of its total energy portfolio strategy. The company also announced a new brand-led organizational structure, appointing Alex Zigliara to lead the CELSIUS brand and Rishi Daing to lead Rockstar Energy & Emerging Growth.
