New York — Datadog, Inc., the New York-based cloud observability and security platform company, on November 4 reported third-quarter 2026 results: revenue was $1.197 billion, up 35% year over year; GAAP operating income was $75 million, a 6% margin; non-GAAP operating income was $334 million, a 28% margin; GAAP net income per diluted share was $0.32 and non-GAAP net income per diluted share was $0.81; operating cash flow was $290 million, with free cash flow of $251 million; and cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities totaled $5.2 billion at quarter end.

The company ended the quarter with about 4,860 customers with annual recurring revenue of $100,000 or more, up 20% from about 4,060 a year earlier, and about 33,500 customers in total.

For the fourth quarter, Datadog expects revenue of $1.19 billion to $1.20 billion and non-GAAP net income per share of $0.69 to $0.71. For full-year 2026, it expects revenue of $4.515 billion to $4.525 billion, roughly 32% growth, and non-GAAP net income per share of $2.73 to $2.75. The company said its fourth-quarter guidance assumes its largest customer uses the platform only at its minimum commitment.

During the quarter the company introduced Scout 1.0, the first specialized model from its AI research team, built for investigating production issues. Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Olivier Pomel said Datadog delivered a strong quarter, with 35% revenue growth and strong platform adoption as customers scale their digital operations.
