Teleflex Q3 Revenue Reaches $567.8 Million: Adjusted EPS Rises to $2.63 as Full-Year Guidance Is Raised
Teleflex Incorporated (NYSE: TFX), a medical technology company based in Wayne, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, reported results on November 5 for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026: revenue from continuing operations was $567.8 million, up 0.2% year over year and up 3.0% on a pro forma adjusted constant-currency basis.
GAAP diluted EPS from continuing operations was $1.30, compared with a loss of $1.32 a year earlier; adjusted diluted EPS was $2.63, compared with $1.89. By segment, Vascular revenue was $243.5 million, up 4.7%; Interventional was $210.3 million; and Surgical was $114.0 million, up 4.2%. Continuing operations recognized a $25.3 million benefit from tariff refunds in the quarter, within total IEEPA tariff refunds of $39.2 million received in the quarter.
On capital allocation, the company repurchased about $350 million of common stock from the start of the third quarter through the release, completing a $250 million accelerated share repurchase plus $100 million of open-market purchases; $400 million remained under the current authorization as of November 5. The $1.5 billion cash sale of the OEM business closed in August, and the sale of the Acute Care and Interventional Urology businesses to Intersurgical Ltd. continues to advance toward a targeted close by year-end 2026.
Teleflex raised its full-year adjusted diluted EPS guidance from continuing operations to $7.50 to $7.75 and its GAAP EPS guidance to $2.84 to $3.09; GAAP revenue growth guidance was reduced to 13.2% to 14.2% on foreign-exchange changes, while pro forma adjusted constant-currency growth guidance was maintained at 3.5% to 4.5%.
