Blend Labs, Inc. (NYSE: BLND), the San Francisco, California-based digital banking platform, on November 5 announced financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026. Total revenue was $32.9 million, up 1% from the third quarter of 2025, landing in the top half of the company's guidance, while non-GAAP operating income came in above the high end of guidance.

Software platform revenue was $30.6 million, up 1% year over year, and professional services revenue was $2.3 million, flat with a year earlier. GAAP gross profit margin was 72%, compared with 74% a year earlier, and non-GAAP gross margin was 77%. The GAAP operating loss narrowed to $2.6 million from $5.3 million a year earlier, while non-GAAP operating income rose to $4.9 million from $4.3 million. GAAP diluted net loss from continuing operations was $0.03 per share, compared with net income of $0.02 per share a year earlier.

Sales were the quarter's highlight: Blend closed 26 new deals and expansions, including a new top-10 U.S. bank logo, in what the company called its best sales quarter in more than three years. Customers for its Autopilot product rose to ten, up from six in early August. "We had our best sales quarter in more than three years," said Nima Ghamsari, co-founder and head of Blend. "We can't control the market, but what we can control is converting that pipeline, and that is where the company is focused."

For the fourth quarter of 2026, Blend guided total revenue to $27.7 million to $29.7 million and non-GAAP operating income to $2.3 million to $3.3 million. (Source: Blend)
