StandardAero, the aviation engine aftermarket services company based in Scottsdale, Maricopa County, Arizona, on November 5 reported third-quarter 2026 results, raised its full-year guidance and announced a $350 million accelerated share repurchase.

On capital returns, the board on October 28 approved a $560 million increase to the share repurchase program, bringing total authorization to $1.0 billion, with $850 million remaining after about $160.1 million repurchased to date. The company intends to enter a $350 million accelerated share repurchase agreement with Morgan Stanley, after which about $500 million would remain available.

CEO Paul McElhinney said that despite elevated fuel prices and geopolitical uncertainty, adjusted diluted EPS grew 30% and adjusted EBITDA grew 15%, with record 24% adjusted EBITDA growth in Engine Services supporting another increase to full-year guidance.

The company raised full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $6.525 billion to $6.645 billion, adjusted EBITDA guidance to $905 million to $920 million, and adjusted diluted EPS guidance to $1.57 to $1.62. Management discussed the results on a November 5 conference call. (Source: StandardAero)
