Thursday, November 5, 2026 · World · GSM News

GAZA — Gaza's Health Ministry reported on November 5, 2026, that 1,602 Palestinians have been killed and 5,794 wounded since the ceasefire took effect in October 2025, bringing the overall toll since October 2023 to 74,618 killed and 175,920 wounded.

At least four Palestinians, including a child, were killed in Israeli attacks in central and southern Gaza on November 5, according to medical sources, and an Israeli drone strike early Thursday hit a tent sheltering displaced people in central Gaza, killing one man and wounding another. In its daily report on Wednesday, the ministry said three Palestinians had been killed and 21 wounded in the previous 24 hours, one of whom had died of earlier wounds.

Gaza's Government Media Office said on Monday, November 2, that Israel had committed 5,989 ceasefire violations since the truce began, including 753 in October — among them 346 shootings and 310 bombardments.
