The Vermont State Police Rutland barracks reported a single-vehicle crash with no injuries on November 5 at approximately 3:17 p.m. on Vermont Route 4 westbound near Exit 6 in West Rutland, in Rutland County, Vermont. It was raining at the time and the road was wet.
According to the release, Michael Munch, 35, of Poultney, Vermont, was merging onto Route 4 westbound in a 2014 Toyota Corolla when he overcorrected the steering wheel to avoid a collision with another vehicle.
