Follow-up: Two Young D.C. Children Located and Reunited With a Guardian

The Metropolitan Police Department of Washington, D.C., said in an update on November 7 that two young children it had asked the public to help locate — 11-month-old Ani’ah Thompson and 2-year-old Angelo Thompson — have been located and reunited with a guardian. The department thanked the public for its help.
In its earlier alert, police said the children were last seen on November 6 in the 1300 block of South Capitol Street, SW, in Washington, D.C., with their mother, Tiffany Barker. Police released descriptions of the children's and Barker's clothing and appearance and asked the public for information.
The November 7 update did not say where or when the children were found, and did not describe Barker's current situation. It confirmed only that the children had been located, had been reunited with a guardian, and that the search had ended.
