Panda Fest Peaks on Saturday Nov. 7 in Dallas With 60-Plus Asian Food Vendors at Carpenter Park

According to the Panda Fest website, the traveling Asian food and culture festival Panda Fest runs November 6-8 at Carpenter Park in downtown Dallas (2201 Pacific Avenue), with Saturday, November 7 — 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., a full 12 hours — as its main day. One of the largest outdoor Asian food festivals in the United States, it features more than 60 Asian street-food vendors and over 150 dishes, plus live cultural performances and panda-themed decorations. Tickets are sold by entry time slot: the festival opened Friday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and closes Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with general admission starting at $14 and no refunds. CultureMap Dallas reported on November 3 that the festival also includes live music and panda-themed installations. Organizers say the festival brings together flavors from across Asia, with tastings, a market and hands-on activities suited to a family weekend outing.
