San Diego Fleet Week Peaks November 11: Boat Parade and 5K, Free Public Ship Tours From November 13

Fleet Week San Diego runs November 1-15, 2026, in San Diego, San Diego County, California, with 18 separate events on the official schedule, the largest in its history, according to the San Diego Fleet Week Foundation. Veterans Day, November 11, brings two headline events, the Fleet Week Veteran's Day 5K and the Veterans and Military Boat Parade, followed by free public ship tours at Broadway Pier from November 13 to 15.
On the morning of November 11, the Fleet Week Veteran's Day 5K starts at Broadway Pier, 1000 N. Harbor Drive, along the waterfront, with on-site registration and check-in at 999 North Harbor Drive opening at 8 a.m.; online registration closes November 9. Immediately following the Veterans Day Parade on Harbor Drive, the boat parade, with boats decorated to a military theme, begins at 10:45 a.m. on San Diego Bay. Spectators can watch from Harbor Island, Shelter Island, Seaport Village, Coronado Tidelands Park and the Embarcadero, and local boaters may register their own boats to join.
From November 13 to 15, Broadway Pier hosts public ship tours, where visitors can board participating Navy ships, see military equipment and meet sailors, free of charge. The remaining schedule includes the Fleet Week Football Classic at Snapdragon Stadium on November 14 and Military Family Day on November 15. “Fleet Week 2026 will feature 18 separate events, the largest schedule in our history,” said Fleet Week San Diego CEO Larry Blumberg.
