Honeycutt Wins NASCAR Truck Series Championship; Post-Race Inspection Cleared on Nov. 7

HOMESTEAD, Florida — The NASCAR Truck Series season finale concluded on the night of November 6 at Homestead-Miami Speedway, where Kaden Honeycutt drove the No. 11 TRICON Toyota to victory and locked up the 2026 series championship. Honeycutt took the lead after a restart with 15 laps to go in the 134-lap finale and beat Christian Eckes to the line by 1.038 seconds, his fifth win of the season and his first series title. NASCAR confirmed on November 7 that Honeycutt's winning truck passed post-race inspection with no violations found; under procedure, the winning engine was to be torn down for further review on Saturday morning, November 7. Honeycutt said after the race that the championship was the result of a full season of work by the entire team. The Truck Series thus closes its 2026 season, with the NASCAR weekend's focus shifting to the higher divisions' title races.
