[Video] Bryan Adams Releases New Album How's It Goin', a Love Letter to Canada

Canadian rock singer Bryan Adams has released his new album How's It Goin' through his own BAD Records label. The critically praised 13-track collection is a musical love letter to his homeland Canada, and the official music video for its single "Lake Ontario" is out now and can be watched on this page.
Rooted in the people, places, landscapes and stories that have shaped the country, the album turns Adams's songwriting and voice toward home. Drawing on Celtic folk, country and rock, it explores a distinctly Canadian and Acadian musical landscape. Songs including "Highway 16," "The Bridge" and "When Canada Joined Newfoundland" map the country's vast landscapes and celebrate its citizens, its humor and its resilience.
Among the standout tracks, the anthemic "51st State" has already been met with nightly standing ovations around the world, and "The Ballad Of Terry Fox" is a tribute to heroic humanitarianism that appears in the soundtrack of the new documentary Run Terry Run. The digital bonus track "Lake Ontario" opens with a reference to one of North America's Great Lakes before delivering a wry retort to those seeking to rename it. "Empires and regimes, dictators and kings, they all come and go. Lake Ontario is forever," Adams said.
The album is available on CD and LP, with the LP housed in a gatefold sleeve, and in a special A4 hardback book edition featuring the album on CD, song lyrics and images connected to the stories across the record. The physical album features 12 songs and has also been released digitally with "Lake Ontario" as the bonus track. Adams is a Grammy and JUNO Award-winning singer and songwriter whose career spans more than four decades. (Source: BAD Records)
