Saturday, October 17, 2026 · City · GSM News

PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia is a city in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania (a consolidated city-county). The Philadelphia City Commissioners announced on October 17 that their staff has installed and opened two additional ballot drop boxes where voters can return mail ballots ahead of the 2026 general election on November 3.

The two new drop boxes are located at Houston Playground, 900 Grakyn Lane, Philadelphia, PA 19128, and at the Torresdale Boys Club, 4509 Linden Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19114.

Earlier this week the Commissioners also published the polling place list for the 2026 general election, confirming polling places for the city's 1,703 divisions. On October 16, the office issued a separate notice on mail ballots with unverifiable identification, undeliverable ballots and potentially flawed ballots.
