Los Angeles Chinese Community Hosts Mid-Autumn and National Day Banquet Attended by More Than 700 Guests
On the evening of September 20, five Chinese community organizations in Los Angeles jointly hosted a Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day banquet at the Palm Hotel in Rowland Heights, attended by more than 700 guests.
Guo Shaochun, Consul General of China in Los Angeles, attended and addressed the banquet. U.S. attendees included U.S. Representative Judy Chu, California State Senator Bob Archuleta and California Assemblymember Mike Fong, along with other elected officials and community representatives.
