Follow-up: Alabama rises to No. 10 in AP poll after beating Texas A&M to end two-game skid

The Associated Press college football poll released on October 25 lifted the University of Alabama Crimson Tide to No. 10. The rise followed Alabama's 31-20 home win over Texas A&M in Tuscaloosa on the night of October 24, which ended the Tide's two-game losing streak. Quarterback Keelon Russell threw for 311 yards and three touchdowns, keying a fourth-quarter turnaround, while wide receiver Rico Scott caught six passes for 156 yards. Texas A&M led 20-17 in the third quarter but gave the advantage away with two interceptions, and Alabama pulled clear in the final period. The win moved the Crimson Tide to 6-2 on the season. Alabama has a bye week next before traveling to face LSU on November 7.
