Follow-Up: ICE Releases Another Round of Voter Fraud Cases: 19 Cases Involving Alleged Illegal Voting

Washington — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on November 2 published another round of cases in its nationwide voter fraud crackdown on its official website. ICE said it announced on Oct. 29 another round of arrests in connection with alleged voter fraud and election-related offenses, and that the 19 cases are only some of its ongoing investigations and arrests.
"The pervasive nature of illegal alien election fraud should concern every American," said ICE Public Affairs Assistant Director Micah Bock. "Every illegal vote cancels out a vote of an American citizen. Each and every illegal who voted must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law." ICE said that under President Trump, Secretary Mullin and acting ICE Director David J. Venturella, the security of American elections is paramount to the security and stability of the nation.

The remaining cases include Ines Russell-Tuerk, a citizen of Germany and lawful permanent resident who surrendered to HSI agents for allegedly illegally voting in the 2022 election; Monica Carzoli Carrillo, a citizen of Mexico and lawful permanent resident who admitted to unlawfully voting in the 2024 election; Jesus Lopez, a citizen of Mexico and lawful permanent resident who surrendered in September and allegedly voted unlawfully in 15 state general, primary and municipal elections starting in 2000, last voting in 2024; Tito Ngilla, a citizen of Kenya and lawful permanent resident who surrendered in September and allegedly voted unlawfully in 2024; Horatio Humphrey Hutchinson, a citizen of Jamaica and lawful permanent resident convicted of sexual assault twice and assault three times, who is currently in custody; Debra McNeill Palm, a citizen of Canada and lawful permanent resident who allegedly voted unlawfully in the 2022 election; Moises Arellano Alba, a citizen of Mexico who overstayed his lawful entry and has been convicted of fraud, who allegedly voted in the 2024 election; Casandra Guaman, a citizen of Mexico and lawful permanent resident who allegedly voted in the 2024 election; Ernie David Warkentin, a citizen of Canada and lawful permanent resident who surrendered in September, refused to provide a statement and allegedly voted in the 2024 election; Sirena Prosper, a citizen of Haiti convicted of burglary twice and other offenses, who has a final order of removal and allegedly voted in the 2024 election; Maria Alejandra DekKay, a citizen of Venezuela who is currently in custody and allegedly voted in the 2021 election; and Kadian Hohnson, a citizen of Jamaica and lawful permanent resident who is currently in custody and allegedly voted in the 2024 election.
