Monday, November 2, 2026 · Justice · GSM News

The U.S. Department of Justice announced on November 2 that it has brought charges involving 63 individuals, including four illegal aliens, in connection with illegal voting, fraudulent voter registration, and related election crimes across the country.

The cases include voting by aliens in federal elections, false claims of U.S. citizenship to register to vote or to vote, and the fraudulent submission of a voter registration application in another state, the Department said.

The announcement came on the eve of midterm election voting. The Department's summary did not list each defendant's name or case details; the individual cases will proceed through the relevant U.S. Attorney's Offices.
