Cardi B Reveals Youngest Son's Name on His First Birthday: Grey Marsean Diggs
Rapper Cardi B posted on Instagram on November 4 to celebrate her youngest son's first birthday, publicly revealing his name for the first time — Grey Marsean Diggs — and sharing the first clear photos of his face. The boy was born on November 4, 2025. He is Cardi B's fourth child and her first with NFL player Stefon Diggs.
In the post she called him "Grey M.D." and wrote: "It's only been 1 year since meeting you but it feels like I've had you at my side forever. I carried you through one of the most uncertain high pressured times of my life but having you inside of me through it all gave me an extra strength." She added: "You gave a new meaning to what a Grey day feels like. You light up my life and every room with your smile your laugh and your precious spirit."
Cardi B announced the boy's arrival in November 2025 without disclosing his name or exact birth date. In January, she denied fan speculation that he was named Grayson. This week's post confirms his birthday is November 4, 2025.
The post's photos also include a Halloween costume: the toddler wears doctor's scrubs with a "Grey MD" name tag, posed in front of a sign for the TV series Grey's Anatomy — a play on his name and initials.
Cardi B shares three older children — Kulture, Wave and Blossom — with her estranged husband Offset. Photos she previously shared of her youngest avoided showing his face; this post is the first time his name and face have been made public together.
