Portland Consulting Firm ProInfoNet Named Finalist for 2026 Maine Family Business Awards

Maine consulting firm ProInfoNet announced on November 4 that it has been named a finalist for the 2026 Maine Family Business Awards. Presented by the Institute for Family-Owned Business, the awards drew 505 nominations, with 26 businesses named finalists; seven winners will be announced at an awards gala on November 19 at Brick South at Thompson's Point in Portland. ProInfoNet is an independent information technology consulting and strategic advisory firm based in Maine that celebrated its 30th anniversary last December.
The Maine Family Business Awards recognize family businesses for business success, family participation, community and industry contributions, work environment, communication and innovation. ProInfoNet said it will attend the November 19 gala alongside the other finalists. Making the final 26 from 505 nominations is, the company said, recognition of three decades of serving clients and its community.
Family businesses are an important part of Maine's economy, with many operating across generations and providing stable local employment and community support. The Institute for Family-Owned Business works to support the continuity and growth of family firms and honors outstanding businesses through the awards each year. Finalist status alone has already brought ProInfoNet wider industry attention.
