Dunwoody Home Renovation Company Wins Gold and Silver at 46th OBIE Awards in Georgia
Castlehaven Construction, a family-owned home renovation company in Dunwoody, DeKalb County, Georgia, announced on November 4 that it had won two honors at the 46th Annual OBIE Awards: a Gold OBIE for Best Outdoor Living Area and a Silver OBIE for Best Basement Over $75,000. The OBIE Awards, presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and its Sales and Marketing Council and established in 1980, are regarded as the premier awards program in Atlanta's home building industry.
The company serves the greater Atlanta area. Organizers say the awards recognize excellence in design, construction and marketing across the home building industry, covering new homes, remodeling and outdoor spaces.
Dunwoody is a residential community in DeKalb County on Atlanta's northeastern side, where outdoor living spaces and basement remodels have become leading ways for homeowners to improve their homes.
