Friday, November 6, 2026 · Federal · GSM News

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security said on November 6 that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on November 5 arrested more convicted criminal illegal aliens, in cases involving lewd or lascivious molestation of a child, sexual assault, and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. "Every day, DHS is saving American lives by arresting illegal aliens and removing them from American communities," said Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin. "Yesterday, ICE arrested pedophiles, sexual predators, drug traffickers, and other illegal aliens who have no business being in America. We will not rest until every single illegal alien is removed from this country and America is safe again."

The arrests include Bruno Gustavo Hernandez-Munuz, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, convicted for lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years old in Susanville, California; Fabian Fernando Ruiz-Estrada, from Mexico, convicted for sexual assault and drug trafficking in Potter County, Texas; Eliecer Pineda-Torres, from Ecuador, convicted for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute in the U.S. District Court of the Virgin Islands; Yefri Nuevo-Ruiz, from Mexico, convicted for manufacture, delivery, and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in Wilmington, Delaware; and Edgar Carreno Araizaga, from Mexico, convicted for robbery of a residence with a gun and aggravated assault with a gun in Newport News, Virginia.

DHS said Americans can see more public safety threats arrested in their communities on its webpage at WOW.DHS.Gov.
