Menifee Announces Street Project Updates for the Week of November 9
The City of Menifee, in Riverside County, California, published its street project and construction updates on November 6 for the week of November 9, 2026, listing two new projects and two continuing projects and advising motorists to expect lane closures and traffic delays.
New work: asphalt work on Chambers Avenue between Murrieta Road and Sun City Boulevard on Tuesday, November 10, and Thursday, November 12; and crosswalk refreshing on Newport Road between Bradley Road and Goetz Road during the week of November 9, excluding Wednesday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day.
Continuing work: Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) crews will continue water main improvement work on Garbani Road near Evans Road for the Haven Development Project, with traffic delays expected through the second week of November; and a Southern California Edison (SCE) contractor will continue work on Dawson Road from Rouse Road to Ethanac Road, also through the second week of November.
Completed: sealing operations have been completed in several Menifee neighborhoods, including the neighborhood off Evans Road and Corson Avenue, the southwest end of Heritage Lake, and the Centennial Park neighborhood. A current list of street projects is available on the city's official traffic map.
