San Diego Veterans Day Parade Set for November 11: Marking 35 Years Since Operation Desert Storm
The San Diego Veterans Day Parade will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., along Harbor Drive in downtown San Diego, San Diego County, California, in front of the County Administration Building. The parade is presented by the USS Midway Museum and sponsored by Verizon, and is free to watch.
According to the museum, this year's parade commemorates the 35th anniversary of Operation Desert Storm, and the grand marshals will represent the veterans who served in that operation. Marching bands, historic military units, vintage vehicles and patriotic performers will proceed down Harbor Drive along the waterfront. The museum bills the event as the largest Veterans Day parade on the West Coast.
Thousands of San Diegans and community leaders are expected to line the route to pay tribute to the veterans of the U.S. armed forces. (Source: USS Midway Museum)
