WOODSTOCK, Georgia — U-Haul Company of Atlanta North announced on November 7 that residents affected by flooding in northern Georgia can receive 30 days of free self-storage and U-Box container use at 14 participating stores. Heavy rain and flooding this week inundated multiple towns across North Georgia, damaging many homes and businesses. Participating stores are located in Alpharetta, Buford, Canton, Cumming, Dalton, Holly Springs, Jasper, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Norcross, Rome, Snellville, Woodstock and other communities. U-Haul said any flood-affected resident who needs dry, secure storage space can use it free for one month — one of the private relief efforts following the floods.
