Alarm.com Q3 Revenue Rises 9% to $279.4 Million: Raises Full-Year Guidance, Acquires Gate Access Firm CellGate

Alarm.com, the connected-property platform company based in Tysons, Fairfax County, Virginia, on November 5 reported third-quarter 2026 results and raised its full-year guidance.
Total revenue rose 9.0% to $279.4 million, with SaaS and license revenue up 9.0% to $191.2 million. GAAP net income was $34.3 million, compared with $35.1 million a year earlier, and net income attributable to common stockholders was $34.4 million, or $0.66 per diluted share. Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA was $66.2 million, up from $55.5 million.
Cash and cash equivalents were $534.7 million as of September 30. Operating cash flow for the first nine months was $167.6 million, up from $117.4 million, and non-GAAP free cash flow was $156.3 million. The decline in cash from year-end mainly reflected the January settlement of $500 million of 0% convertible senior notes.
During the quarter the company acquired CellGate, a provider of cellular-powered gate access control and video intercom solutions, expanding its reach through the fence and gate channel. It also launched a new battery-powered video doorbell and two indoor cameras, including a premium 4MP model with deterrence illumination and a physical privacy shutter, and released AI Video Clip Summaries, which describe recorded video in plain language for subscribers.
For the fourth quarter, SaaS and license revenue is expected to be $194.6 million to $194.8 million. For the full year, the company raised SaaS and license revenue guidance to $756.1 million to $756.3 million, put total revenue at $1.1011 billion to $1.1113 billion, and raised adjusted EBITDA expectations to $227 million to $229 million. The company discussed the results on a conference call on November 5. (Source: Alarm.com)
