Kentucky Attorney General Updates Voters on Election Integrity at Command Center: Hotline Receives 82 Complaints

Tuesday, November 3, 2026 · States · GSM News

Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman updated voters on Election Day, November 3, from the Election Integrity Command Center in Frankfort, saying protecting the integrity of every vote in Kentucky remains a top priority for his team and urging voters to report suspected election law violations to the Attorney General's Election Fraud Hotline.

The Election Integrity Command Center receives and reviews reports of suspected election law violations. It is staffed by state and federal law enforcement, prosecutors and support staff, including from the Attorney General's Office, the United States Attorneys' Offices for the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky, the FBI and the Kentucky State Police. Coleman spoke to media alongside U.S. Attorneys Kyle Bumgarner and Jason Parman.

Just before 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, the hotline had received 82 complaints of potential election law violations on Election Day, with messages received from 34 of Kentucky's 120 counties. On Election Day the hotline is answered live by members of the Attorney General's team from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Time; tips are reviewed and credible allegations are referred to the Attorney General's Department of Criminal Investigations. Voters can call the Election Fraud Hotline at (800) 328-VOTE or make a report online.

"Protecting the integrity of every vote in Kentucky remains a top priority for our team of investigators, prosecutors, and staff," Coleman said. "We urge any Kentuckian who believes an election law violation may have occurred to report their concerns to the Attorney General's Election Fraud Hotline." U.S. Attorney Kyle Bumgarner said the federal government stands alongside the Attorney General to keep Kentucky's election secure and will investigate if a federal law is broken. U.S. Attorney Jason Parman said the law enforcement community stands united to protect the sanctity of Kentucky's electoral process and every Kentuckian should feel confident their vote will count.
