外交部发言人郭嘉昆回应美方限制中国电信企业与实验室：滥用国家权力打压中国企业，中方坚决反对
中国外交部发言人郭嘉昆10月30日在北京主持例行记者会时，回应了美方针对中国电信企业与检测实验室的新限制动向。
有记者提问说，据华盛顿消息，美国电信监管机构下月将表决禁止中国电信企业直接接入美国电话号码；该监管机构同时已决定禁止所有中国实验室检测包括智能手机在内的美国电子产品，请问中方有何评论。
郭嘉昆表示，美方泛化国家安全概念、滥用国家权力打压中国企业，中方对此坚决反对、强烈不满。他说，美方此举严重阻碍中美企业之间的正常经贸合作，不符合包括美国企业与消费者在内的任何一方的利益；中方将采取必要措施，坚决维护自身合法正当权益。
美方监管机构联邦通信委员会（FCC）已于10月29日表决通过禁止所有中国实验室检测输美电子产品的规定，本站此前已作报道；此次拟议中的电信企业号码接入限制，是同一轮针对中国科技与电信企业的措施中的又一项。

China's Foreign Ministry Opposes U.S. Moves Against Chinese Telecom Firms and Testing Labs, Calling Them an Abuse of State Power
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Guo Jiakun responded on October 30, at a regular press conference in Beijing, to new U.S. moves targeting Chinese telecommunications companies and testing laboratories.
A reporter noted a story out of Washington that the U.S. telecom regulator will vote next month to ban Chinese telecom companies from direct access to U.S. telephone numbers, and that the same regulator has decided to ban all Chinese labs from testing U.S. electronics such as smartphones, and asked for China's comment.
Guo said the U.S. is overstretching the concept of national security and abusing state power to go after Chinese businesses, and that China firmly opposes and deplores this. He said the U.S. move severely hinders normal economic and trade cooperation between Chinese and American businesses and is not in the interest of any party, including U.S. companies and consumers, and that China will do what is necessary to firmly defend its legitimate and lawful rights and interests.
The U.S. regulator, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), voted on October 29 to ban all Chinese laboratories from testing electronics exported to the United States, a decision GSM reported earlier; the proposed restriction on Chinese telecom firms' access to U.S. telephone numbers is a further item in the same round of measures.
