U.S. Central Command Offers a Reward of Up to $20 Million for Information on Iran's Nuclear Program

U.S. Central Command announced on November 6 that the State Department's Rewards for Justice program is offering a reward of up to $20 million for information on Iran's nuclear program, and that people who provide valuable information may also be offered relocation.
In its statement, Central Command said the information sought includes Iran's nuclear facilities, equipment and associated personnel — including those in the scientific community — and the movement of any of the above.
The reward was announced while ceasefire and nuclear talks between the United States and Iran remain deadlocked: Iran has sent Washington a nuclear proposal through Qatar that ties any talks to seven demands, with issues including the fate of Iran's roughly 400 kilograms of highly enriched uranium. President Donald Trump said the same day that the United States is talking to Iran and that things are going well, and that he will decide whether to take further action against Iran.
Rewards for Justice is the U.S. State Department's counterterrorism rewards program, run by the Diplomatic Security Service, which publicly seeks information on a range of targets tied to U.S. national security. (Source: U.S. Central Command)
