Rhode Island 2026 Election Results: Foulkes Elected Governor, Chinese American Allan Fung Wins State House Seat

Rhode Island voted in the 2026 midterm elections on November 3, and the results below are the collective choice of the state's voters. According to the Rhode Island Board of Elections' official count and Associated Press race calls, Helena Foulkes was elected governor, Sen. Jack Reed was reelected, and both U.S. House seats were held by Democrats. Of five bond questions, three have been called as passed and two remain uncalled. Chinese American Allan Fung was elected as an independent to State House District 15. The full list follows.

Counting and Certification
The Board of Elections results portal showed all 39 cities and towns reporting (snapshot on the morning of November 4), but the results are uncertified, which does not mean every eligible ballot has been counted. Figures are from the Board of Elections' official count and AP calls; uncalled races are listed with their current leaders only, and final results are subject to official certification. GSM will update this list as the remaining races are called.
